"“In one-on-one therapy, we discover that vulnerability is not weakness but the spark of true transformation.” — Dr. Anthony Green, Licensed Professional Counselor"

Hi, I’m Sarah, a clinical intern dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s transitions, challenges, and growth. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Counseling and Psychological Services and a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Studies at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and Leadership. My clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care. I specialize in working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, with particular emphasis on obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), anxiety, and depression. I also have a strong interest in supporting individuals living with developmental disabilities and chronic illnesses.

I strive to create a safe and supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. I believe that healing happens through collaboration, compassion, and honoring each person’s unique experience. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right.
I welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, and identities, with experience working with children, adolescents, and older adults.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my cat. My hobbies are being outdoors, reading, crafting, and watching a good show or movie.
